I am an award-winning journalist based in New York City, with experience reporting on immigration, local news, and the LGBTQ community. I’m also a proud multi-generational New Yorker.

I hold a Master’s in Bilingual Journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY and a Bachelor’s in Spanish-language literature from Reed College.

My work has been published in UnivisiĆ³n, City Limits, Gay City News, Documented, NACLA, Reportar Sin Miedo in Honduras, and more. I am currently a news reporter for W42ST in Hell’s Kitchen, New York, and an engagement reporting intern at Resolve Philly.

When I’m not busy reporting I’m probably reading a novel, crocheting a new hat, or on my yoga mat.
